Jared was out with his garment top, pj pants, and ear muffs one Saturday morning! I couldn't resist making the memory official.
Dallin got stung by a wasp by his eye brow. I know exactly how he feels.....poor guy! Maybe a haircut will help!
Carving our very own Hooper grown pumpkins.
Paige wanted to draw on her tiny one.
Our five little pumpkins are getting so big! It's awesome!
Paige the lady bug, Garet the army guy, Mason the nerd box, and Dallin as Scooby Doo.
Camille and Taylor were pirates together. They stayed home for a little while and passed out candy while Jared and I walked around the neighborhood together.
Baptism Day!
Mrs. Larson was Camille and Garet's 2nd grade teacher and now Mason's teacher. She has attended all of their baptisms and we just love her.
We had a light brunch after the baptism with yogurt parfaits and muffins. Yummy!
Grandma Lisa takes the kids to temple square when they turn 8 to take pictures of them. Since Owen is close to Mason's age....he got to go too. What handsome boys!
We are sure lucky to have such great Grandparents around here!
Grandpa Cable took them to the Harbor Freight parking lot sale to pick out a tool, and they got to mow the lawn.
Garet took a 4-H cooking class this fall. He really liked it. At the end they had to make something to be judged in a cooking contest. He made chicken taquitos, freezer corn, and apple pomegranate salad. It turned out really good and he got a blue ribbon.

Jared drew out for a limited entry bull elk permit this year. Me and the boys went with him the first Friday night/Saturday. We went to a place called Sheep Creek just off Highway 6 near Spanish Fork. Jared, Will and Nate had quite the excitement on Saturday morning when they went hiking around without any water or food. Luckily we had cell service. Garet, Mason, Dallin, and Luke had a great time riding the motorcyle and 4-wheelers.
They found all kinds of treasures.
Monday morning Jared, Garet, and Mason headed to Duchesne. They got the horses and Grandpa and Jason and went up to Cow Hollow for 4 days.
They saw lots of bull elk, but couldn't ever get close enough to get a good shot.
Jake met up with them on Wednesday.
On Friday Jared, Jason, Jake and the boys took the 4-wheelers and hunted some more. Jared ended up burning his leg really bad....he got a little to close to the fire and his pants caught on fire! They came home Friday night.
We are glad they made it home safe and sound! Mason and Garet had a great time and didn't mind a bit that they had to miss an entire week of school.
