Halloween

Grandma and Grandpa Cable's Halloween party.  Dallin - one-eyed monster, Mason - skeleton, Camille - Galinda (Wicked), Paige - Bee, Scarlett - gypsy, Elle - angry bird, Amelia - Anna, Kaylyn - witch, Anabelle - witch, Addy - witch, Grey - dragon, Isaac - bball player, Carly - gypsy, Garet - Chef, Braxton - doctor, Grandma - card, Owen - spider man.  Cute kids!
Eating yummy dinner - Mason, Owen, Isaac, Garet
My grandma Homer always made donuts every Halloween, so now my mom is continuing the tradition.  They are delicious spud-nuts.
Just chattin and enjoying time together.
Took this picture right before our ward trunk or treat.  Camille wasn't ready yet, she is missing.  Garet is a Lego in this picture!
Jared was out of town the day of the trunk or treat, and the YW were in charge of it, so I had to go over to the church to set up.  I took Dallin and Mason with me and left Paige and Garet with Camille.  I told them I would be back in a half hour to pick them up.    I was a few minutes late and they were already gone.  I figured they must have walked.
What clever little kids...They put Camille and Paige in the bike trailer and tied the Lego on.  It was the cutest/funniest thing I have ever seen.
Carving pumpkins.  We bought some pumpkins from a lady in our ward because we didn't grow any this year.  Garet and Mason wanted these huge squash to carve.

Leah, Abby, Camille, and Ashlyn.  Camille went with a few friends until we left to go to Clinton.  We love visiting our old neighborhood.
Finally a picture with all 5 of them.  This time Mason wanted to be the Lego.  Garet was tired of wearing it.

Happy Birthday in Moab - Mason (6) and Paige (2)

This year instead of the going on the Deer Hunt we decided to do a Taylor family Moab trip over Fall break.  It was wonderful weather, which made a wonderful trip.  We headed down Wednesday morning to find the perfect camping spot.   The spot we thought we were going to didn't work out, but we found a great one that had slick rock right next to it, so we could ride our bikes right from camp.  Nate and Amanda met us that day too.  Everyone else came in the morning.
We built a fire and cooked hobo dinners.  YUM!  They tasted so good because we were starving.
 Paige waiting so patiently.
We found this little pond in the slick rock a few hundred yards from our camp.  We could bike right over to it.

On Thursday we went over to the Mill canyon dinosaur trail after a 4-wheel truck ride.  This is a group picture just after the little walk.  L-R:  Nate and Brooks, Nancy, Eric, Krista, Amanda, Xander, Grandma, Evie, Kasen, Grandpa, Jason, Camille, Taylor, Luke, Weston, Hailee, Ava, Mason, Hazel, Scott, Paige, Me, Camber, Alyssa, Garet, Terra.  Melissa was feeding baby Ruby in the truck.
The next part of the trek was driving on a super rough road to Uranium Arch.  It is pretty cool.
 Taylor, Camille, Ava, Garet, Hailee
 Paige, Ruby, Grandma
Uncle Scott and Grandpa (brothers....can you tell)
Grandpa was nice to give the kids a lift back to the trucks:)  Now that's a load.

I think these were called determination towers.

Grandma and Paige picking up some really cool spherical rocks.

 Can you spot Mason?
We took a drive out to Dead Horse Point.  It is more impressive than I remember it.  It's kind of like a mini grand canyon.

More of the kids... Luke, Mason, Taylor, Hailee, Paige, Camille, Alyssa, Camber, Evie, Garet, Dallin
This is my favorite view, with the river down below.

We opened presents and had carrot dutch oven cake on Friday, but I don't have any pictures.  Paige got this little flash light unicorn
and this darling skirt that Serena made.  Everyone at church just about died when they saw her skirt.
She fell asleep on the way home from church.  Tired girl.
Pretty fun birthday if you ask me:)
