Camille the Creator

Camille and her friend Riley have started up a cleaning business called "Clean-over".  They have taken over my basement computer roomed and turned it into their "office".  They have meetings with their employees (Garet and Preston), binders, slogans, business cards, posters around the neighborhood, and she has made two power point presentations.  One for the employees and one for customers.  I'm telling you this girl has big things in store for her future.  She is amazing!  I don't think I've ever made a power point before.  So, I will be going to her for help when I do need to use it.

This is what I found the other day when I went down to the "office".  She loves to be in charge, so "Boss" fits her perfectly.

Jared even took them to the store because they needed to buy some supplies.  He talked them into buying some all-purpose cleaner.  She has dusted her Primary Teachers house, cleaned my bathrooms, and has a weekly job at one of the neighbors.  She is rollin' in the dough:)

Happy Birthday Daddy and Happy 6 months to Paige!

Jared turned 35 this year.  Man time sure does fly.  He was extra spoiled this year.  On his b-day we stayed home and I made the dinner he requested, Shrimp Curry.  He didn't have scouts, I didn't have Relief Society, and the kids didn't have any practices or anything, so we just played/worked in the yard and then had yummy chocolate cake.  The next day he had the day off (his every other Friday).  That night we had a game night with some friends in the neighborhood.  Adults only!  The next night we went to Salt Lake and had dinner with Jason and Melissa (some of our favorite people to hangout with).  I told Jared we were going out, but didn't tell him where or with who, so he was surprised.  They took us to an awesome Sushi restaurant   It was delicious!  Thank you Kaydi for tending the kiddos, although I think they had a huge party while we were gone:)  She is the "favorite Aunt" around here!

 Little Miss Paige just turned 6 months old!  We can hardly believe that half of a year has gone by.  It feels like she has always been part of the family.  We love this little sweet pea.  She is a happy little lady and almost as smiley as Dallin was.  I got quite a few good pictures and I couldn't decide on the one I liked best, so there are a lot!

 I always say that she is my little spring chicken and she got a chicken for Easter, so we had to take a picture:)

 Where did she get such beautiful blue eyes!  They are gorgeous!

 Camille was my assistant.  She did a great job making her smile!

At her 6 month check-up she was 15 lb. 15 oz (50%), 80% for height, 50% for head.  She is growing like crazy.

Garet's B-day (take II), Rocks, Easter

I finally got my computer back and fixed, so I can update my blog!!  

Garet wanted brownies for his "real" birthday.  Those candles are supposed to be in the shape of a 7.

 He got a dinosaur bones digging kit (very cool) and new rollerblades.

 We got our rocks done!!  They turned out so great, thanks to a good neighbor who is a landscaper.  He was great to help Jared run the track hoe.  

 It was a little boys dream come true to watch those tractors work.

 Coloring Easter eggs!

 Easter Sunday.  UHHHH, the tripod didn't quite get adjusted right.  This would have been a perfect picture.  Oh well, we all know what Jared looks like right?!

 Just us girls!  We could not get Paige to look up, and I didn't take a picture of her by herself.  Maybe this Sunday I'll have to dress her up again.

We had a wonderful Easter.  Hooray for Spring, new life, and new beginnings.
