Look who's finally walking....

Dallin has finally decided to walk.  He is 15 1/2 months old!!  It's about time:)

Garet and Mason wore these outfits not too long ago and now it's Mason and Dallin's turn.  Such sweet little brothers.

Race Day

Jared ran the Ogden Half Marathon yesterday!!  He was awesome!  Here are all the spectators!  My sister's husband ran it too.  Garet, Mason, Isaac, Kendra, Elle, Camille, and Dallin.

 Dallin was pretty patient sitting in the stroller for a little while.

 Here he comes.  This picture is a little to far away, but I was too busy cheering for him to get any more.

 He wasn't as fast as his goal time (1:25), but still sooooo fast.  He did it in 1 hour 27 minutes and 53 seconds!  Way to go.  We had several friends doing the full marathon, so we stayed and watched them finish.  It was such a fun day. (I was jealous)  I was signed up to do it and then had to back out because of the pregnancy.  But, there's always next year right?

 The kids ran in the Kids K race and had a great time.

It was a perfect race day!

Random May Events

We all got together at the Cable's for Mother's Day this year.  It was so fun!  My sister Kaydi even made it home from St. George to see us, and my Brother Jake and sis-in-law Kaylyn from Logan came too.  We got a group picture!!  Wow, the family just keeps getting bigger and bigger.  After Collette and I have our babies, there will be 14 grandkids:)

 I found some strawberries on sale at our local grocery store, so we made some Strawberry-Rhubarb jam (from our very own rhubarb, it was finally big enough to cut down this year)!  Garet was such a great helper that day and helped me top and wash all the strawberries.  Give that kid a knife and water and he is in seventh heaven.

 Mason is our bike riding champ lately.  That is all he wants to do everyday.  He was so cute this day when he was wearing his cowboy hat and mud boots.

 Dallin and Mason love the sandbox.  Dallin could play for hours and Mason does.

Dallin started taking 4-5 steps yesterday by himself, so hopefully he'll be walking in the next week or two!!  We're keeping our fingers crossed.

Chicken whisperer

We've decided that Camille is our chicken whisperer.  She is the best at catching and holding the chickens and nobody showed her how, she just automatically knew what to do with them.  The chickens squat down when she comes by and let her pet them.  It's pretty funny to watch!

Zoo Field Trip

I got to go to the zoo with Garet for a Kindergarten field trip a few weeks ago!  I was able to take Mason and Daddy stayed home with Dallin.  It turned out to be a really cold day, but we still had a fun time and the animals were pretty active.  We rode with our neighbors.  Garet and Preston are in the same class and Mason and Annie are pretty close in age.

 They had so many parent volunteers that we only had to take two kids around with us.  The four boys....Preston, Garet, Wyett, Austin.

 Mason was happy to be snuggled in the stroller because it was windy and cold and he hates to be cold!

Version 5.0

Have you ever heard of a "word cloud"?  I had never heard of such a things until recently, so I decided to make one!  What do you think?

Yes, that really says "7"!  A huge surprise, but we are excited.  Dallin will only be 20 months old and he is still not walking at 15 months.  I don't know if I'll ever survive.  My official due date is October 26th, which means we'll have three kids born in October!!!  Ahhhh, Christmas 2 months early!  So, wish us luck, maybe we'll get a girl.
