Finishing off softball and baseball!
Lagoon with the Taylor's and Carly and Scarlett. We wore rain ponchos on and off for most of the day. But that didn't stop us from having lots and lots of fun. I have some super brave kids!
Taylor, Scarlett and Carly
Hazel and Camille
Hailee and Mason
Dallin
Paige napped in the stroller. This is probably the last year she'll do this. My baby is growing up.
Dallin and Evie
Camille and Taylor
Camille and Garet (I think they were both too big for this ride)
She always wakes up happy from her nap. So wonderful!
Paige the egg gatherer.
Swim shirt, diaper, and mud boots. What else do you need to get eggs?
Camille's adventure with summer school. This year her friend is hosting.....thank goodness! Once a week for 2 hours with 16ish kids can be overwhelming:)
Paige kept asking to go on the knee board, so I took her. She loved it!
Dallin couldn't be shown up either:)
Ragnar with some of my favorite people! Nanette, Jen S, Elizabeth, and two super awesome BYU students that we met, Kaleb, and Lindsey. They were so fun!
Nanette was runner 12.
We were van 2 and had a great time. The other van had some problems (not making exchanges on time, going to the wrong exchange, dropping runners off at the wrong place - to name a few).....but our van had a wonderful time with no mishaps! I would totally do it again if I know all the people in both vans are dependable. A runner from Van 1 was sick so they didn't come to the finish with us, so this is the only team picture we got.
Me, Nanette, Elizabeth, Jen, Lindsey, Jeff (another BYU kid from van 1 - he was awesome), and Caleb.
Me and Jen. Not sure what my eyebrow is doing. Guess it was bright:)
Elizabeth finishing her killer 8 miles up old snowbasin road!
Waiting to hand out water.
I was runner 8. I ran 7.2 miles around pineview in 90+ degree afternoon. My second leg was at 5:00 am in Coalville - 3.5 miles. My last leg was down guardsman pass (4.5 miles). We had so much fun together and learned a lot of new things about each other. I was so glad I could do it:)
Then I recouped for a couple days and was off to girls camp! We went to Mutual Dell in American Fork Canyon. It was awesome! I didn't take any picts, but we had to pack in all our equipment about 1/3 a mile. Some of the highlights were: skits, confidence course, canoeing, service (log splitter), Tour of womanhood night, late nights with leaders, Ooga Booga, good food, and of course testimony meeting. I love being in YW and cannot wait for Camille to join us in a couple months. She was dying to go on all these fun adventures, but she'll be right there with me next summer:)
