Sledding, Snow, Sawdust & 4 months old!!

Mason is officially 4 months old! Hooray we made it! He is sleeping consistently through the night (9-10 hours) and we are lovin' life. I took him to his well-check today and he is very healthy:
15 lb. 15 oz. (75%)
26 1/2 in. (90%)
He is growing like crazy and such a HAPPY baby. Even the doctor said he got the award for being the quietest baby at the doctor's. He laughed when they gave him his first shot and then he fussed for just a second for his second one. We can't complain, he is such a blessing to us. Garet is so proud of him for being soooo big at the doctor's. Camille went to a friends house to play, but she wanted to know all about it when we came to get her.

On Valentine's Day we took the kids to the park with the sledding hill. They had a blast and it was nice and sunny. That night for dinner we ordered pizza and had a candle light pizza dinner complete with sparkling cider. The kids got a huge kick out of it, and we had a great time.
Everybody piled on the tube. Even Mason had a good time.

Our sweet boy!

Tuesday, we got a huge snow storm, so Mia and Garet had to go out and play in it. They had a great time shoveling away.

Jared is currently building us a new bed, which I am so excited about. The kids love to go out in the garage and play in all the sawdust that he creates. They play out there for hours, which is good and bad. Good because they are entertained, bad because they are covered head to toe when they decide it's time to come inside.
Notice the cute boots to go with the outfit!

Oh, the joys of boys! Garet absolutely loves workin' with Dad in the garage, or anywhere for that matter.

So much FUN!

Winter Low

We are so excited for spring around here! Is any one else getting a case of cabin fever? We are!! A couple weekends ago we went to the Draper temple open house and then spent the night at Jared's sister's house in Salt Lake. The next day we had a birthday party for my niece Hailee (she turned 3). It was fun to see Jared's family and have something to do. We are getting so excited to go camping, so Jared bought this atlas/map of Utah and he has been looking at it every night. We are deciding where we are going to go for Spring break and our summer trips. He is very antsy to say the least. We are thinking Moab again for Spring Break. We went last year and had a blast. The kids loved it. Hopefully it will be just as fun again even with Mason. He is such a good baby that it shouldn't be too hard. So, I didn't have my camera for our little excursion, but I have some other pictures of the kids.
Mason sucking his thumb. Funny boy!
We love to snuggle with Daddy on the couch, and we love to wrestle!
Camille laughing!

Mia and Garet playing dress up. Garet makes a cute little girl, don't you think?

The other night Garet woke up about midnight crying because he saw a spider in his bed and it was getting his "snuggy"(little bear he sleeps with). He was so afraid he was shaking. He would not go back to sleep. So after about 2 hours of back and forth Jared finally go up with him and got him a bowl of cereal and they came and checked Jared's email, etc. He finally went back to sleep, but since then he still thinks there is a spider in his bed. Monday for his nap I told him a story about a little boy(Garet) and his Daddy and the spider. In the story Daddy finds the spider and smashes him and takes him out to the garbage. He seemed to like the idea of the spider being dead, so we put his snuggy and horsey on "watch" in his room, so no spiders could come in. He thought this was great! He finally fell asleep. Yesterday he didn't want to take his nap and he kept coming down. I told him to get in his bed now! About 15 minutes later I went to check on him and he was fast asleep..........on my bed! Wish me luck today! Darn spiders.
