We were able to go to Bryce Canyon with Jared's family in May! We had a great time exploring a new place, and the weather actually cooperated. We did have some wind the last day or so, but the temperatures weren't too cold! We loved hiking on all the cool rocks. Fun times!
The face in the rock!
We camped in Red Canyon which is about 10-15 miles from Bryce Canyon! It was a beautiful canyon complete with a paved biking trail. So, we went on a few bike rides. Mason and Mom making our way to the trail. The kids had a blast riding on it. We would ride down the canyon and then drive back up:)
Sometimes a 4-wheeler ride was the only way to put this little guy to sleep! He LOVES the 4-wheeler, especially when Grandpa drives.
We hiked to this Mossy cave.
Playing in the water, of course!
Camille and Taylor were our little builders! Jared brought all this firewood and the girls stacked it right up and made a fort to play in!
Mason and Ava, our littlest campers!
More hiking! Mason was such a good sport.
We hiked "Queen's Garden" and it had lots of cool rocks, and tunnels.
This is the "Queen".
Mason was happy as long as he had a rock to hold.
Jared loves arches! I like to think of him as the "Arch Hunter".
Just relaxing on a log.
A really old tree! It was super windy and we even had to hike through the snow to see it.
Another beautiful arch!
It was a great trip, but we missed Uncle Jason, Aunt Melissa, and Cousin Hazel!
